Here's the stuff people usually ask. If you don't see your answer, just reach out.

Yeah, life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year - just give us a week's notice. For cancellations, we need 30 days notice. No hassle, no hard feelings. We get it - sometimes things change.

You get full access to whatever plan you pick - Basic, Pro, or Elite. Use the gym, hit some classes, talk to trainers, see if we're a good fit. If you decide it's not for you before the 7 days are up, just let us know. No charge. If you love it (which most people do), it automatically rolls into your monthly membership.

Absolutely. Happens all the time. Some folks start with Basic and then want more training. Others go all-in with Elite and then scale back a bit. Just chat with us at the front desk or shoot us an email. We'll sort it out - usually takes effect the next billing cycle.

We do! Students with valid ID get 15% off any plan. Seniors (65+) get the same deal. We also have corporate rates if your employer wants to set something up. And honestly, if you're in a tough spot financially but really want to train, come talk to us. We've worked things out before.

Perfect! That's actually why we built the place. Every membership includes that initial fitness assessment where we show you around, teach you proper form, and get you comfortable with the equipment. Our coaches are here to help - not judge. We've taught everyone from complete beginners to former athletes. You'll fit right in.

Look, I'm biased but yeah - they make a huge difference. You learn faster, avoid bad habits, and actually progress toward your goals instead of just showing up. The Pro plan gives you 2 sessions a month which is enough to keep you on track. If you're serious about results and not just killing time, having a coach is the move.

Off-peak (Basic plan) means you can come in weekdays from 10am-4pm and after 8pm, plus anytime on weekends. It's great if you've got a flexible schedule or work odd hours. The 24/7 access (Pro and Elite) is exactly that - come whenever you want, day or night. We've got keycard entry so you're good to go at 3am if that's your thing.

Pro members get 2 guest passes per month, Elite gets unlimited. But even if you're on Basic, just ask us - we'll hook you up with a day pass for your friend. Training with someone makes it way more fun, and we're cool with people checking us out before committing.
